Welcome to Travencia India Pvt. Ltd. Before using our services or booking any travel packages, we request you to read the following terms and conditions carefully. By accessing our website or availing of any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A minimum advance payment (as communicated during booking) is required to confirm the reservation.

• Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour.

• Travencia India reserves the right to cancel the booking if payments are not made within the specified time frame.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.

• Cancellation charges will apply as per the package-specific policy communicated at the time of booking.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 working days after the cancellation confirmation.

• No refunds will be entertained for unused services or early departures.

3. Changes & Modifications

• Travencia India reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or services due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, local conditions, or operational issues.

• In case of force majeure events (natural calamities, political unrest, etc.), Travencia will not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations.

4. Travel Documents

• It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid identification, travel documents, permits, or tickets (where applicable).

• Travencia India is not responsible for any losses due to invalid or missing documents.

5. Health, Safety & Conduct

• Travelers must inform us in advance about any medical conditions or special requirements.

• Travencia India is not liable for any health-related issues, injuries, or accidents during the trip.

• We expect all travelers to maintain respectful conduct during the tour. Any misconduct may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.

6. Accommodation & Transport

• Room allocation is based on availability and package terms. Specific preferences may be requested but are not guaranteed.

• Transport services provided are as per the package. Any upgrades or changes will be chargeable.

7. Use of Website

• The content, images, and information on our website are the property of Travencia India Pvt. Ltd.

• Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Travencia India acts only as a facilitator for travel arrangements and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or additional expenses due to delays, cancellations, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
